The gallery above is from a recent remodel we did in the Lincoln country club area. We had the pleasure of working with Studio951 Architects to construct this remodel. The floor to ceiling fireplace makes a statement that sets a unique and modern tone for the rest of the house. The cool gray tones in the stone and cabinets are made warm by the hardwood floors. The basement includes a wet bar that compliments the style of the upstairs kitchen as well as a steam shower with a custom made bench. Small, intricate details throughout the house create unexpected warmth in this cool, modern design.

THE DELANEY – $430,000 – Includes basement finish, lot cost is separate.
THE DELANEY – This plan is a 1,891 sq. ft. ranch with 1,507 sq. ft. of basement finish. The open floor plan has 10’ ceilings in the main living areas. The kitchen features a hidden pantry that includes a small pass door to the garage that allows groceries/etc. to be set directing into the pantry, saving you time and steps! The center island is the hub of the main level with a great view of the custom great room built-ins. The beautiful 10’ x 8’ sliding door off the dining area to the covered deck allows you to extend living space to the outdoors.
This home has a split bedroom concept with the master bedroom suite tucked off the kitchen side of the home. It has a 9’ coffered ceiling, master bath with a tile walk in shower and the master closet is attached to the laundry. The laundry can also be accessed from the mudroom. Two additional bedrooms and bath are located on the opposite side of the home.
The basement finish includes a large rec room with wet bar, powder room, two bedrooms with Jack n Jill bath.

THE EXECUTIVE has 1,649 sq. ft. in this moderate ranch. This two bedroom home has a master suite with a walk-in closet and a private door that opens to the covered deck. The great room has a 10’ ceiling and fireplace. The kitchen is directly off of the great room and is somewhat open to the great room.
THE JORDAN – boasts 2,309 sq. ft. of living space on one level. There is a covered deck off of the kitchen and open great room. The entry has a dining room to one side and on the other side could be either a den or another bedroom. The master suite has coffered ceilings and a soaker tub along with a walk-in closet. There is also one more additional bedroom to this elegant home.
